We usually show our gratitude to others when we feel indebted to them, when we have benefitted from their actions, and when we want to make our feelings towards them known.
Showing Gratitude is sometimes a required or expected thing, but at other times, a spontaneous "thank you" to someone who has unknowingly made our day. On most occasions, we show gratitude to bring the good feelings we have been gifted back to the gifter.
While it is admirable to want to share our gratitude and good feelings with others, we rarely stop to think about what giving others our gratitude does for us.
As it turns out, it does quite a lot for our brains and mental wellbeing.
Here to teach us about Gratitude today is no other than our very own, Scott Medeiros!
We are incredibly blessed to have Scott join us, and I think everyone is going to really enjoy today's lesson.

Toys for Tots
The Toys for Tots collection will be ending on December 16th.
This year especially, the need is even greater. We want to brighten as many children's holidays as we can with a new, unwrapped toy.
One hundred seventy-eight toys were donated last year, and this year our goal is 200!
If you would like to donate any new, unwrapped toys to local families with children, please drop them off around the office or you can mail them directly to the office via your favorite shopping site.
